Shipping your timeless essence
For customers in Wichita County, Texas, we offer convenient hand delivery. For single bottle orders outside of Wichita County, a flat $8 shipping fee applies. For multiple bottle orders, shipping costs will be calculated based on weight to ensure fair pricing. All orders will ship within 24-48 hours during our normal business week, Monday through Friday, so you can enjoy your Fragrances By Pugliesi sooner.
Our no-return policy
Due to the delicate nature of our pure oil fragrances and to prevent possible contamination, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns once a product has been purchased. We highly recommend purchasing our testers first to ensure complete satisfaction with your chosen scent before committing to a full-sized bottle.
Damaged or incorrect orders
We diligently double-check every product for accuracy before shipping to match your order perfectly, and we do our best to ensure your product arrives undamaged. However, we understand that issues can sometimes occur during transit. If you receive a damaged package, please do not open it. Instead, take clear pictures and email or text them to Pugliesifragrances@gmail.com for a replacement. Please note: our bottles are made of glass, and if a damaged package is opened, we cannot be held responsible for accidents and will not replace the items.
